This channel is about running and everything to do with running. I post my training videos and try to give helpful running tips and motivation tips. I run a lot of events and races that I film while running so you can get a good idea of what the races are like.

I love Disney races and participate in Disney runs in Disneyland Paris and Disney World. Besides that I am training for marathons that I run all over the world.

I post twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday.
