Hi there, my name is Sam and I've been making content about autism and neurodiversity since 2019, with a goal to help more people understand their autistic and ADHD brains. I'm a late-diagnosed AuDHDer myself, having struggled my way through life for decades before I understood WHY everything was so hard all the time.

I'm the author of "So You Think You're Autistic", a workbook for people to better understand their autistic traits, especially around the time of diagnosis or self-identification.
