Gloria Estefan

One of the most legendary Latin singers in pop music history, Gloria Estefan rose to prominence as the voice of Miami Sound Machine alongside her husband Emilio and a collective of musicians that fused the rhythms of her native Havana with cutting-edge dance-pop flair. After releasing nine Top 10 singles between 1985 and 1990 (including chart-toppers “Anything For You” and “Don’t Wanna Lose You”), Gloria overcame her hardest challenge, recovering from a tour bus accident and making a triumphant return in 1991 with the No. 1 smash “Coming Out Of The Dark.” Since then, she’s sold more than 120 million records worldwide, won three Grammy Awards, and received Kennedy Center Honors as well as the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
