I'm Jacques, a former barista, account manager, barista trainer and semi-professional coffee roaster. Watch my videos and you might find out why I'm still on my training wheels in the roasting space. I have worked in the industry for close to 7 years and have found that training people how to make coffee is what I am most passionate about.

My channel is a place for people with varying interests in coffee. Regardless of your preference, my belief is that good coffee is for everyone, and so I hope to share what I know about coffee to help people enjoy it as much as I do.
