No government is perfect, but justice must prevail. A government that acts to protect its people holding criminals and addicts accountable is better than one that stays passive. The Duterte administration, despite flaws, earned support by addressing crime, corruption, and disasters, as shown by Davao’s transformation. The real issue lies in institutions swayed by money. Crime victims far outnumber those affected by extrajudicial killings. Justice may never be absolute, but order is better than lawlessness.
