Hi Guys, We are a group of italian athletes and we love calisthenics. We create this channel because we want to motivate people to work hard, to wake up and street workout.

In this channe we are gone to talk about calisthenics in all his shapes, from skills like, front lever, planche, muscle ups, to street workout in public, to hefesto and manna, to girls react to street workout.
