We can all get through hard things. Too many people are suffering in silence because they are dealing with a situation that is *not comfortable to talk about* and for most, this results in being alone in their darkness. It's not ok that so many people have felt stuck because of old aged stigmas. Instead of just talking about these issues, I promise to share information, resources and stories on the taboo topics of addiction, cannabis, divorce, mental illness, natural healing, PTS, and veteran's crisis. Let's join together with professionals, advocates, and everyday people who wish to connect and support one another to actually heal the bits and pieces of the world that we are able!
