文化綠洲是一個主要製作 Neuro-sama 及其相關人物中文精華的頻道。（例如：Vedal, Anny, Camila...）

頻道特色之一為：作為翻譯精華頻道，會以「註解」方式，解釋歐美英文圈的文化、笑點、特色等等中文圈難以理解的事物，幫助觀眾更容易理解精華中的內容。

另外，我比較喜歡長精華。

One special thing in our channel is: As a translated highlights channel, we frequently use "annotation" to explain English communities culture, jokes, characteristics and many other things, to Chinese viewers.

This helps for Chinese viewers to understand both the content and context of the highlights much easier.

Also, I prefer longer clips.
